Don’t worry if you’ve got just a couple of unpaid tickets, says Nantucket Police Department. This industrial grade animal grabs onto cars of major scofflaws who owe hundreds to thousands of dollars. A total of $300K in unpaid tickets is at stake, says the NPD.
